Paintwork is a versatile application that offers a wide range of functions. The Pw software includes both a handwriting module and a painting module.

The handwriting module allows users to write, take handwritten notes, create hand-drawn accounts and diaries, practice calligraphy, and create hand-drawn art characters using brush and pencil techniques.

On the other hand, the painting module is used for image creation, drawing, sketching, simple graphic design tasks like modifying images or creating logos, designing clothing and hairstyles, creating posters and graphic notes, and more. It's a user-friendly tool that is both enjoyable and easy to get started with.

The handwriting module offers various functions such as a brush list with hundreds of brush effects, an eraser list with each brush effect serving as an eraser, vector graphics tools (including lines, text boxes, rectangles, ellipses, arrows, triangles, pentagons, polygons, arcs), and many related attribute settings. Additionally, it includes a color list with multiple palettes and customizable colors. Users can copy and cut specific content on the page, import images, use a simple calculator or ruler, and export files as PDF or images.

Meanwhile, the painting module provides a brush list with hundreds of customizable brush effects regarding thickness, color, transparency, dynamic strength weight, and other attributes. It also offers an eraser list with the same brush effects functioning as an eraser. Users can take advantage of additional tools such as the willow leaf brush, blur brush, highlighter, fill tool (with adjustable tolerance values), custom shape graphics (for designing favorite logos and shape graphics by hand), custom curve function (to freely design curves and graphics), text pen (for drawing text lines in any direction on the page), polyline pen, dashed line pen (in any direction), and more. They can also draw various geometric shapes like rectangles, ellipses, circles, lines, arrows, triangles, pentagons, polygons, etc. Furthermore, there is a rich color selection with customizable palettes, a layer list with extensive layer-related functions (such as adding, merging, deleting layers), a text insertion tool with customizable font styles and text effects, image material importation, image cropping and cutting capabilities, and the ability to create puzzles by inserting images into the canvas. Additionally, there are five color brushes and six color brushes available for graffiti writing.

Other notable features include a ruler, color balance adjustments, hue saturation modifications, color blending curves, effect adjustments (such as blur options, noise particles, sharpening), and various other image editing tools like exposure, brightness ratio, contrast adjustment, gamma correction, etc.

Moreover, Paintwork includes the following tools: symmetry tool, gradient fill tool, reference image tool, magic wand lasso selection tool, pen tool, twist deformation tool, liquefaction deformation tool, grid reference lines tool, and fill settings.

The application supports Apple pencil and allows users to export files in different formats such as JPG, PNG, PDF, and PSD.
